• Implement and maintain high standards of after‑sales service.
• Follow established operating procedures to ensure consistent quality.
• Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Understand customer needs, address concerns, and provide personalized support.
• Act as a bridge between technical aspects and customer satisfaction.

• Minimum Diploma 3 in Biomedical Engineering (D3 ATEM) or related majors (Electronic or Technical).
• Ideally 1–2 years of experience in technical services, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
• Strong understanding of product principles, technical diagrams, block diagrams, and operating procedures for installation, maintenance, and problem resolution.
• Ability to deliver a high‑quality service experience throughout the entire customer journey, from inquiry to case closure.
