About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to oversee the execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all site activities are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP construction as a Site Manager, Project Coordinator, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of MEP construction management and project execution.
- Familiarity with applicable building codes, industry standards, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, contractors, clients, and management.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Able to work independently as well as lead and motivate project teams.
- Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise MEP subcontractors and site teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular progress updates to management and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all MEP activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements by conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments.
- Identify and resolve technical, operational, and logistical issues to minimize project delays and ensure smooth execution.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all installations meet project requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and other disciplines to ensure effective communication and seamless project delivery.
- Manage project documentation, including reports, technical records, inspection reports, and other administrative requirements.
- Monitor the use of manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize project efficiency and productivity.
