Join Our Team as a Salon Manager – HiSUGARS Bali!

HiSUGARS is Bali’s specialist body sugaring salon — 8 years operating, 4 locations, 1,000+ clients served monthly, and winner of the 2024 World Luxury Award for Best Salon Team.
We are looking for a professional, organized, and proactive Salon Manager to join our team at our Batu Belig, Seminyak branch
.
As our Salon Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the salon’s daily operations — welcoming clients, managing appointments, handling administration, and coordinating with our therapists to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both our clients and team.
Your ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
Manage appointment bookings and daily scheduling
Handle administrative tasks, including payments and daily reporting
Provide accurate information about salon services and products
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Ensure salon procedures, service standards, cleanliness, and presentation are consistently maintained
Support and communicate with the management team regarding daily operations and salon performance
Help create a positive, professional, and supportive working environment for the team
What We’re Looking ForFluent in English, both written and spoken
Friendly, communicative, and confident when interacting with clients
Organized, responsible, proactive, and able to multitask
Professional and well-presented
Able to work and communicate effectively within a team
Comfortable using Google Workspace and basic administrative systems
Minimum education:
SMA/SMK or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, administration, or salon operations is a plus
Interest in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
