Recruitment Lead

We’re looking for a Lead Recruitment who’s not just great at filling roles,
but building systems and telling stories that attract the right kind of people.

You’ll work closely with our Recruitment and Employer Branding Manager to design data-driven recruitment processes, create hiring dashboards, and craft narratives that make people want to be part of Brown Bag Films Bali.

• Can go beyond “posting & shortlisting.”
  You build logic, structure, and insight behind every hire.
• Love playing with data, market mapping, recruitment funnel tracking, competitor benchmarking
  , and all that jazz.
• Are comfortable in fast-paced,
  VUCA environments (you know, things change fast here).
• Have the resilience, integrity, and problem-solving mindset to keep moving forward, even when it gets intense.
• Are genuinely passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities.
• Lead by example.

• Lead one recruitment officer by great example, positive mental attitude, and maturity.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles (sometimes up to 160+ in a hiring wave).
• Develop BBF Bali’s recruitment prototype, a manual system: policy, procedure, work instruction that will evolve into our internal ATS.
• Assist the team to build employer branding content and candidate experiences that reflect our culture.
• Maintain partnerships with stakeholders and propose new mutually beneficial programs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and translate them into sharp, data-backed hiring strategies.
• Analyze data from sourcing process and recruitment activity, create and monitor progress tracking, provide comprehensive reports to help Recruitment and Employer Branding Manager decide the strategy.
