IT Support, Systems Administrator
Location: Denpasar
(AUS) Systems Administrator and IT Support IT Support and Systems Administrator (Microsoft 365, PBX, Yealink)
Australian company, Bali-based role
Location: Renon, Denpasar (in-office)
Contract: Initial 6-month contract, with view to extend and move to full-time
Salary: IDR 5,000,000 to 7,500,000 per month (depending on experience)
We are an Australian business with an offshore office in Renon, Denpasar
. We are looking for a hands‑on IT Support and Systems Administrator to own our day‑to‑day IT operations, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and workplace systems.
This role suits someone who has worked either in‑house or for an MSP
, can manage small business environments end‑to‑end, and can communicate clearly in English. You will report directly to the Managing Director
.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 / Office 365 (users, licences, groups, access control, security basics)
- Manage Outlook and Exchange Online (mailboxes, shared mailboxes, permissions, deliverability issues)
- Manage One Drive and SharePoint (permissions, folder structures, sync troubleshooting, access management)
- Plan and execute migrations to Microsoft 365, including email migration and file migration into One Drive/Share Point
- Maintain and improve user setup standards, onboarding/offboarding, and internal documentation
- Administer Microsoft Teams (users, settings, channels structure, calling basics where applicable)
- Administer Whats App Business (account setup, device access, backup/restore, process and control for business use)
- Manage Yealink phones and support a hosted PBX environment (setup, provisioning, troubleshooting, call quality issues)
- Provide day‑to‑day support for staff (Bali office and support for Australian team where required)
- Troubleshoot devices, connectivity, printers, user access, business apps, and general office IT issues
- Support onboarding/offboarding including account provisioning, permissions, and hardware setup
- Basic networking and endpoint support (Wi‑Fi, routers, printers, workstations, backups as required)
- Identify recurring issues, reduce support load, and implement practical improvements
- Keep systems tidy, secure, and well documented
- Strong hands‑on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments
- Solid experience with Exchange Online / Outlook, One Drive, and Share Point
- Experience with Microsoft Teams administration
- Experience managing Yealink phones and a hosted PBX system
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a practical, “get it sorted” attitude
- Good English communication (written and spoken) and ability to support staff professionally
- Bali‑based and able to work from our Renon, Denpasar office
- Experience working for an overseas company (AU, EU, USA, etc)
- Experience working in an MSP environment or as a sole in‑house IT resource
- Additional skills in any of the following:
- Webflow (basic site updates and maintenance)
- AI tools / automation (workflow improvements, basic automations)
- Graphics / design support (simple internal or marketing assets)
- Varied work across helpdesk support and projects
- Direct access and fast decisions, reporting directly to the Managing Director
- A clear path to extension and full‑time for the right person
- Your Microsoft 365 experience (what you managed, size of environment)
- Examples of migrations you have completed (email and files into One Drive/SharePoint)
- Your experience with Yealink phones and hosted PBX (what platform if relevant)
- Any experience supporting Teams and Whats App Business administration
