Description:
This is a full-time on‑site position based in Denpasar, Bali for a Technical Staff role. The selected candidate will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve hardware and software issues.
Daily Responsibilities:Conduct technical analysis, communicate with clients or team members to address concerns, and ensure optimal functionality of technical systems. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service to maintain satisfaction and trust.
Qualifications:- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with team members and clients.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing effective Technical Support solutions.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with pool and wellness equipment or related industries is a plus.
- Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a related field is preferred.
