Senior IT

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize company software systems (Google Workspace, email, cloud storage, user access, etc.).
• Handle IT infrastructure, hardware, and network support.
• Ensure data security, backup, and system reliability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party IT providers.
• Create IT documentation, SOPs, and system reports.
• Support new system implementations and upgrades.
• Install CCVT if it's needed.
• Maintain and manage IT asset inventory for the company, including laptops, mobile phones, tablets, printers, and other electronic equipment.
• Record asset allocation to employees, track usage, condition, and handover/return status.
• Monitor asset lifecycle (procurement, maintenance, repair, replacement, and disposal).
• Ensure all IT assets are properly labeled, documented, and updated in the inventory system.
• Coordinate with HR and Management for onboarding and offboarding asset control.

• Proven experience as IT or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software management (Google Workspace or equivalent).
• Understanding of networking, hardware, and basic cybersecurity.
• Able to communicate in English (speaking, writing, and listening).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Experience in hospitality or multi-unit companies is a plus.
