- Perform computer health checks and monitor operating systems and software.
- Monitor internet connectivity and troubleshoot network issues.
- Provide support for printers, telephones, VoIP, and mobile devices.
- Set up IT devices for new employees.
- Deliver user support and resolve daily IT issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, stock updates, and reporting.
- Conduct security and access checks in accordance with IT policies.
- Perform preventive maintenance and monitor system performance.
- Document IT issues and coordinate with the IT Supervisor.
- Suggest improvements to enhance IT efficiency and security.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of basic programming is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
