- Database & SQL
- Mahir SQL (DML, DDL, DCL); pengalaman query kompleks & optimasi di Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, Postgre
SQL. - Familiar dengan indexing, partitioning, dan performance tuning.
- ETL / Data Integration: pengalaman membangun pipeline ETL/ELT, familiar dengan Apache Airflow, Talend, Pentaho, dbt, SSIS.
- Paham konsep CDC, batch versus streaming.
- Bahasa Pemrograman
- Python (wajib untuk scripting ETL & integrasi).
- Bash/Shell scripting (otomatisasi job di server Linux).
- Data Warehouse & Storage
- Pengalaman desain data warehouse berbasis Postgre
SQL. - Pahami konsep OLTP versus OLAP.
- Menguasai data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema).
- Pengalaman desain data warehouse berbasis Postgre
- Middleware / Integrasi
- Familiar dengan koneksi antar DB (ODBC, JDBC).
- Pengalaman dengan API / message queue (Kafka, Rabbit
MQ).
- Cloud & Dev Ops (Nice to Have)
- Pengalaman dengan cloud platform (AWS RDS/Redshift, GCP Big Query, Azure Synapse).
- CI/CD pipeline untuk data (Git, Jenkins/Git Lab CI).
- Docker / Kubernetes untuk deployment data pipeline.
- Analitis dan Soft Skills
- Mampu memahami kebutuhan bisnis & mentranslasikannya ke kebutuhan data.
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan dataset besar dan kompleks.
- Paham konsep data quality, data validation, dan error handling.
- Problem solving & troubleshooting database.
- Komunikasi baik; bridging tim IT infra, BI, dan user bisnis.
- Detail-oriented, disiplin dokumentasi (ETL job, data lineage).
- Adaptif & cepat belajar teknologi baru.
- Pengalaman Tambahan
- Minimal 2-3 tahun di bidang Data Engineering / Database Developer.
- Pengalaman migrasi atau integrasi multi-database ke satu data warehouse.
- Pernah menangani end-to-end ETL (extract, transform, load).
- Pipeline data otomatis (scheduler).
- Konsolidasi data dari Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server ke Postgre
SQL. - Monitoring & alerting untuk job ETL.
- Data warehouse siap dipakai tim BI / Data Analyst.
