Internship Tech Microdemy

Timedoor is Bali-based IT company that provides services on website/mobile app/system development, online marketing, graphic design and AI System Integration. We are now looking for young, talented and motivated individual to join our internship program as Intern Tech Microdemy.

Position:
Internship

Receive and record issue/bug reports from Customer Service and branch teams through Plane.

Classify, prioritize, and perform initial issue reproduction before escalating them to the Project Manager or Developer.

Handle data export requests from internal systems.

Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly issue reports.

Monitor recurring issues and communicate potential problems or patterns to the Project Manager.

Document resolved issues as part of the team's knowledge base.

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Understand the fundamentals of information systems, web application workflows, and basic Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.

Familiar with Agile/Scrum or Sprint methodologies and collaboration tools such as Slack and Plane is a plus.

Experience in an IT project or organization involving technical documentation and cross-functional team coordination is a plus.

Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work onsite in Bali and must have a personal laptop for internship activities.
