IT System Executive

LYD Bali Group, the team behind La Favela, La Brisa, La Plancha, and our lifestyle & retail projects, is looking for an experienced and proactive IT System Executive to design, build, and evolve our integrated technology platform.

• Design, build, and maintain integrated systems that connect operations across venues and departments
• Develop full-stack applications, covering front-end interfaces, back-end services, APIs, and databases
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms and vendor systems
• Automate manual workflows to improve efficiency and data accuracy

• Create dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to support management decisions
• Develop add-on applications and custom modules to extend ERP functionality
• Build internal tools, private intranet portals, and public-facing websites
• Analyze and report on system performance, data quality, and usage

• Maintain clean, documented, version-controlled code
• Test, debug, and resolve software issues and system bugs Implement application security, data protection, and backup procedures
• Plan and deploy system updates and releases with minimal disruption to venues

• Work with department heads and venue teams to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Manage IT software projects from requirements through launch and support
• Coordinate with software vendors and external developers
• Prepare technical documentation and train users on new systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a full-stack developer or in a similar software development role
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, system integration, and database design
• Experience with Git and version control workflows
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects
• Familiar with ERP or POS systems and their integration points

• Experience building systems for multi-venue or multi-unit environments, especially in hospitality, F&B, or retail
• Experience with cloud platforms and deployment (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong documentation, analytical, and project management skills
• High attention to detail with strong organizational capability
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
