Mate Career mencari Middle Mile Supervisor untuk memantau operasional Middle Mile dari 3PL/In House. Anda akan bekerja dengan tim LM, MM, dan FM terkait lead time, durasi delivery, dan kebutuhan trip untuk memastikan kelancaran distribusi.
Anda juga berkoordinasi dengan tim Fleet, memetakan rute, memaksimalkan penggunaan unit, dan mengalokasikan perencanaan sumber daya untuk implementasi baru Distribusi Center (DC).
