Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical or related field).
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or engineering, preferably handling kitchen or F&B equipment.
- Good knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment (oven, chiller, freezer, dishwasher, cooking range, exhaust system, etc.).
- Able to perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work on shifts and respond to emergency calls when required.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Discipline, responsible, and service-oriented attitude.
