- Assist the Facility Manager in conducting daily audits (courts, lighting, locker rooms, café areas) to ensure they meet brand standards.
- Schedule and supervise routine maintenance (e.g., court resurfacing, AC servicing, plumbing) to ensure zero downtime for members.
- Oversee the procurement and stock levels of facility supplies, cleaning materials, and sports equipment.
- Identify bottlenecks in daily operations and suggest strategies to improve efficiency and reduce utility costs (electricity, water, etc.).
- Monitor industry trends (e.g., eco-friendly facility tech, smart lighting) to keep the facility modern and competitive.
- Negotiate with third-party vendors (security, cleaning, landscaping) and audit their performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Partner with the Events/Coaching teams to prepare courts for tournaments, ensuring technical requirements (seating, sound systems, branding) are met.
- Assist in training junior staff on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and the correct use of facility equipment.
- Ensure all branches comply with local Health & Safety (K3) regulations and that first aid kits and fire extinguishers are regularly inspected.
- Prepare weekly operational logs and incident reports for the Facility Manager, highlighting areas that require immediate budget or attention.
