Site Manager ( Facility Management

Manage the overall day-to-day operations of Integrated Facility Management services at the assigned manufacturing site.

Lead and supervise operational teams, including Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, Waste Management, Landscaping, and other support services.

Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and company standards.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Monitor operational performance, prepare reports, manage budgets, and implement cost optimization initiatives.

Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (K3), environmental regulations, and company policies.

Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational performance.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Facility Management, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent role in Integrated Facility Management (IFM).

Mandatory experience managing IFM operations in a Manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of Engineering Services, Housekeeping, Security, Pest Control, Waste Management, Landscaping, and other IFM services.

Experienced in managing operational budgets, manpower planning, vendor management, and contract performance.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Familiar with ISO standards, K3 implementation, and continuous improvement practices.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.

Willing to be placed in Bali
