Villa Maintenance Technician​/Maintenance Supervisor – Bali

An experienced Villa Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Supervisor to handle maintenance work for several villas in Bali. The role requires someone reliable, organized, practical, and able to solve daily villa maintenance issues quickly and professionally. The candidate must be able to inspect, repair, report, and coordinate with specialists when needed.

• Handle daily maintenance tasks across multiple villas
• Inspect and repair basic electrical issues
• Inspect and repair plumbing issues
• Check and maintain water pumps, booster pumps, pool pumps, and water systems
• Check AC units and coordinate with AC technicians when servicing is required
• Handle basic repairs for doors, locks, lights, sockets, leaks, silicone, furniture, woodwork, and general villa defects
• Identify problems before they become serious
• Take clear photos before and after each job
• Provide daily maintenance reports
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, technicians, and villa staff

• Minimum 3 years of experience in villa, hotel, property, or building maintenance
• Good knowledge of plumbing, pumps, basic electrical work, and general repairs
• Experience with villas, guest houses, hotels, or rental properties preferred
• Able to troubleshoot problems and propose practical solutions
• Able to work independently
• Clean and careful workmanship
• Honest, reliable, and organized
• Able to communicate clearly with owner, manager, staff, and contractors
• Must be based in Bali
• Own transport preferred
