We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Garment Technician & Pattern Maker to join our team in Kuta, Indonesia. With at least 8 years of experience, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of garment construction and pattern development. WhatYou'll Do
- Create accurate patterns for various garment styles
- Oversee sample making and ensure quality workmanship
- Collaborate with designers to interpret creative visions
- Conduct fittings and adjust patterns for optimal fit
- Maintain technical documentation and specifications
- Troubleshoot production issues related to patterns and garments
- Minimum 8 years' experience in garment technology and pattern making in fashion brand (not manufactures)
- Expert knowledge of pattern drafting software and manual techniques
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
