This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior/Supervisor Social Media Specialist located in Denpasar. The responsibilities includes:

• Lead and manage the company’s social media strategy across Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Linked In.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, short videos, captions, and stories) aligned with brand guidelines.
• Supervise day-to-day social media operations
• Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, traffic) and provide regular reports and insights.
• Develop content calendars and campaign plans to support branding, promotions, and company initiatives.
• Oversee community management, including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Identify trends, platform updates, and content opportunities to improve performance and visibility.
• Support content creation for blogs and newsletters to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.

• Minimum education:
  
  D3 / bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (preferably in travel or hospitality).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Linked In algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Able to plan content strategies and execute campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Understanding in content creation (copywriting, basic visual/video direction, storytelling).
• Familiar with social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Tik Tok Analytics, You Tube Studio, Google Analytics is a plus).
• Able to write and manage blog articles and newsletters
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Creative, proactive, well organized, and detail oriented with good time management skills.
• Able to work independently and supervise or guide junior team members.
• Willing to work on shift or flexible hours when needed (content shoots, events, campaigns).
• Domiciled in Bali.
