Ecommerce Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our marketplace and online sales channels. This role plays a key part in driving traffic, improving conversion rates, and ensuring consistent sales growth across digital platforms.

• Manage and optimize marketplace accounts (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.)
• Adjust storefront layouts based on ongoing marketing campaigns
• Maintain product listings, descriptions, and pricing accuracy
• Implement basic SEO strategies within marketplace platforms
• Monitor traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance
• Plan and execute online promotional strategies
• Manage and optimize digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, You Tube Ads)
• Analyze performance data and provide improvement recommendations
• Create and edit basic product videos and promotional content
• Stay updated with current social media and e-commerce trends

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communication, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
• Strong understanding of marketplace features and optimization tools
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital advertising strategies
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple platforms efficiently
• Familiar with content creation, video recording, and basic editing
• Up-to-date with digital marketing trends
