Senior E-commerce Manager

We’re hiring in Bali — Senior E-commerce Manager (Lifestyle & Wellness brand)

Embarking a new journey of a Lifestyle & Wellness brand, we’re looking for a Senior E-commerce Manager who really understands how Indonesian shops online. You’ll be based in Bali, driving our growth across all means of online platforms and helping us to explore B2B, offline, and regional opportunities.

• Own our online sales and targets, from strategy to day‑to‑day execution.
• Run our marketplace “stores” like a pro: listings, content, pricing, promos, reviews, and campaign participation.
• Lead big moments like Ramadan, Harbolnas, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12 together with platform teams.
• Watch the numbers (traffic, conversion, AOV, GMV, ROAS, returns) and turn insights into smart actions.
• Work with marketing on ads, KOLs, and social content for a consistent brand tone.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse/logistics to yield customers a smooth retail experience from click to delivery.
• Help us open new doors — from B2B deals to offline and cross‑border projects in Southeast Asia.

• 8+ years in e-commerce/marketplaces, ideally with fashion OR lifestyle.
• Big 3 experience—Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada in Indonesia a must and already used to working with KAMs.
• Deep understanding of local consumers and e-commerce trends.
• Great connections in the market, comfortable talking to platforms and partners.
• Hands‑on, data‑driven, and ready to start immediately in Bali.
