Set sail on a new career with Carnival, and help us bring the FUN to life aboard one of our fantastic vessels. We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join us as Assistant Patissier, with opportunities to sail in U.S. waters and beyond.
Responsibilities- Support the Pastry Chef and Pastry team in daily pastry and dessert production
- Prepare and present desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to company standards
- Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation in line with company, USPH, and HACCP guidelines
- Assist with mise en place and maintain consistent quality and portion control
- Operate and maintain pastry equipment safely and correctly
- Help with receiving, storing, and rotating pastry ingredients following FIFO procedures
- Assist with cleaning duties and maintain a clean, organized pastry workspace
- Minimum age : 21 years old
- Conversational English proficiency with a hospitable, positive, and motivated attitude
- Ability to follow proper hygiene and sanitation practices
