Retail Activation Executive

We are looking for a hands‑on Retail Activation Executive who ensures campaigns are launched properly, on time, and consistently across stores. This is an execution‑focused role. You are responsible for turning marketing plans into clean in‑store implementation.

• Execute retail campaigns, store openings, and activations across assigned stores
• Translate marketing plans into clear store‑level checklists and timelines
• Ensure store readiness before launch including POSM, VM setup, promo mechanics, and staff briefing
• Conduct store visits and maintain execution compliance
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, VM, Digital, and Area Managers
• Align retail activations with e‑commerce campaigns
• Track sales impact and prepare concise post‑activation reports
• Monitor activation budgets and coordinate vendors

• 2–4 years experience in retail marketing, activation, trade marketing, or retail operations
• Hands‑on experience working in physical retail stores
• Strong execution discipline and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing timelines, store coordination, and follow‑ups
• Able to analyse basic sales data
• Willing to travel across store locations
• Fashion, lifestyle, or youth brand experience is preferred. Omnichannel exposure is a plus.
