Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations to ensure operational excellence and compliance with company standards.
• Ensure superior customer service delivery by providing a comfortable, engaging, and satisfying shopping experience for all customers.
• Handle customer complaints and after-sales service professionally and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Take ownership of store performance, including revenue achievement, business growth, and customer acquisition, in line with established targets.
• Maximize sales opportunities through effective execution of visual merchandising strategies and strict adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor store performance metrics and analyze results to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop store staff to enhance individual and team performance, capability, and engagement.

• Minimum Diploma in any major.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in retail sales, with a minimum of 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of store operations, sales performance management, and customer service excellence.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and managing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Demonstrated capability in leading, coaching, and developing store teams to deliver high performance.
• Solid knowledge of visual merchandising standards and retail operational procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of customer orientation with the ability to manage customer complaints and after-sales service professionally.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance data and implement improvement initiatives.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in a dynamic retail environment.
