Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Store Manager to lead the daily operations of one of our Oakberry franchise stores. This position is employed by the franchise owner and is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales performance, developing team members, and ensuring smooth store operations while maintaining brand standards.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, and waste control.
• Ensure the store is fully operational and well-maintained at all times.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
• Prepare employee schedules based on operational needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive guest experience.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and product quality.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Store Manager in the F&B or retail industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of store operations, inventory management, and financial controls.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and in a shift-based environment.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
