Job Requirement
- Memahami konsep visual display, planogram, dan customer flow
- Mampu membuat display produk yang menarik dan sesuai branding
- Menguasai penggunaan properti display dan dekorasi toko
- Memahami tren retail, fashion dan perilaku konsumen
- Menguasai software desain sederhana seperti Canva atau Photoshop menjadi nilai tambah
- Memiliki kemampuan fotografi/basic styling menjadi nilai tambah
- Kreatif, detail oriented dan memiliki sense of astethic
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik
- Mampu bekerja dengan target, deadline dan adaptif terhadap perubahan display/campaign
- Memiliki inisiatif tinggi serta kemampuan problem solving
- Bersedia melalukan store visit dan bekerja shifting saat event atau promo besar berlangsung
