Junior Operations & Student Experience Officer

YPI Asia is an internship agency helping students from around the world find meaningful internships in Asia, and guiding them throughout their journey.

As a Junior Operations & Student Experience Officer, you'll become part of our operations team in Bali. You will help ensure our international students have an amazing experience from the moment they arrive in Bali.

• Welcoming students upon arrival.
• Assisting students with local orientation.
• Visiting and checking accommodations.
• Joining trips and excursions when needed (for example Bromo).
• Creating simple photos and videos for social media.
• Answering student questions and providing daily support.

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn.

• Recent graduate or starting your first full-time job.
• Friendly, confident and enjoys working with people.
• Comfortable interacting with international students from different cultures.
• Flexible and willing to work occasional weekends when activities or airport pick-ups are scheduled.
• Basic smartphone photography/video skills are a plus.
