Security Officer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Officer based in Denpasar. The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and premises by monitoring and reporting suspicious activities, conducting patrols, and enforcing security policies. Additional responsibilities include handling emergencies professionally, maintaining access control, and adhering to safety protocols while providing assistance and guidance to staff and visitors when needed.

• Strong observational skills, situational awareness, and attention to detail for identifying and responding to security risks.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills to handle potential conflicts and emergency situations effectively.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform duties such as patrolling, standing for extended periods, and responding promptly to incidents.
• Basic knowledge of security systems and protocols, including alarm systems and surveillance equipment.
• Experience in managing access control and monitoring visitor or employee entry to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a security team and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certifications in security or safety management are a plus.
• Knowledge of local security laws and regulations or prior experience in a security role is advantageous.
