• Ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
• Monitoring surveillance equipment.
• Inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points and permitting entry.
• Reporting irregularities and informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Restraining trespassers.
• Patrolling randomly or regularly.
• Responding to alarms and investigating disturbances.
• Providing assistance to visitors and staff.

• Experience with surveillance equipment and monitoring systems.
• Skills in inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
• Ability to report irregularities and manage access control.
• Strong communication skills and ability to inform violators of policy and procedures.
• Physical ability to restrain trespassers and respond to alarms.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform regular patrols.
• Experience in providing assistance to visitors and staff.
• Certifications in security training or related fields are a plus.
• Experience in the security industry is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent credentials.
