Security - Body Builder

The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for Reload Sanctuary members, guests, employees, and company property. The role requires a strong physical presence, excellent situational awareness, professionalism, and the ability to respond calmly and appropriately to security incidents, conflicts, emergencies, and unauthorized activities. As Reload Sanctuary operates in a premium hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle environment, the Security Officer is expected to provide security services while maintaining a friendly, respectful, and professional approach toward members and guests.

• Monitor the premises, entrances, exits, parking areas, and designated security zones
• Conduct regular patrols of the property
• Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas
• Monitor and protect company assets, facilities, equipment, and property
• Identify and report suspicious activities or potential security risks
• Welcome and assist members and guests professionally when required
• Monitor visitor access and ensure compliance with Reload Sanctuary security procedures
• Respond promptly to member or guest concerns involving safety and security
• Respond immediately to security incidents, emergencies, accidents, disturbances, or unauthorized activities
• Prepare accurate incident reports for all significant security incidents

• Physically fit with good stamina and strength
• Able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Able to respond quickly during emergencies or security incidents
• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Strong observation and situational awareness
• Able to work independently and as part of a security team
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and during special events
