Moving On Inverclyde is recruiting two Harm Reduction and Stabilisation Practitioners to join our developing extended-hours service, delivered in partnership with Inverclyde ADRS. The role focuses on harm reduction, stabilisation and engagement to support adults after non-fatal overdoses or high-risk incidents, 9am–10pm, seven days a week.
This is a relational role requiring sound judgement, clear boundaries and the ability to work independently within a supportive team.
