- Identify and source potential properties through Google Maps, OTAs (Traveloka, , Agoda, ), social media, and other relevant sources.
- Build and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of potential properties, ensuring all data is complete and free of duplicates.
- Conduct initial outreach via phone or Whats App to understand potential partners’ interest and needs.
- Ensure properties meet the required criteria.
- Schedule meetings and site visits between potential partners and the Business Development team.
- Support the Business Development team with administrative tasks.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation activities, qualified leads, meetings, and challenges.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Final-year students or fresh graduates.
- Able to conduct online research.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented, proactive, detail-oriented, and quick to learn.
