We're on the lookout for a passionate, driven, and creative staff to join our team as a Software Engineer (Service Now Developer)! Position - Full Time

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in IT Systems, IT Support, or Enterprise Applications.

Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts; relevant professional certifications are considered an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills with both end users and technical teams.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Willing and able to work on-site in Denpasar, Bali.
