We are seeking experienced professional seaplane pilots who combine outstanding flying skills with sound judgement, professionalism and a genuine passion for mentoring and teamwork. Ideal candidates will enjoy working in a dynamic start-up environment where initiative, flexibility and leadership are valued.

• ICAO ATPL or CPL (or equivalent accepted by the Indonesian DGCA)
• Total flight time min: 3000 hours, Min PIC: 1000 hours on DHC6 float/amphib
• Minimum float/amphib experience: 1500 hours inclusive of 1000 hours on DHC6
• Current Class 1 Medical
• ICAO English Level 4 or higher
• Strong command and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Ocean and tropical seaplane operations
• Training Captain, Check Captain or Instructor experience
• CRM/Human Factors qualifications
• SMS or Flight Standards experience
• Previous experience operating in remote or developing regions
