We are seeking experienced professional seaplane pilots who combine outstanding flying skills with sound judgement, professionalism and a genuine passion for mentoring and teamwork. Ideal candidates will enjoy working in a dynamic start-up environment where initiative, flexibility and leadership are valued.
Essential Qualifications- ICAO ATPL or CPL (or equivalent accepted by the Indonesian DGCA)
- Total flight time min: 3000 hours, Min PIC: 1000 hours on DHC6 float/amphib
- Minimum float/amphib experience: 1500 hours inclusive of 1000 hours on DHC6
- Current Class 1 Medical
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher
- Strong command and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ocean and tropical seaplane operations
- Training Captain, Check Captain or Instructor experience
- CRM/Human Factors qualifications
- SMS or Flight Standards experience
- Previous experience operating in remote or developing regions
