Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Organize the implementation of physical stock calculations for inventory items periodically (daily, weekly, monthly and annually) to ensure data accuracy in the DIM warehouse and FG Warehouse Jembrana.
• Analyze warehouse inventory data and determine safe stock levels (safety stock) based on warehouse capacity, expiration date, and historical trends in receiving goods from vendors.
• Organize, supervise, and ensure timely in and out of the items (unloading, returns, distribution, etc.) by following procedures and operational needs.
• Carry out a neat layout of goods in accordance with FIFO, LIFO, considering inventory classification, expiration, fast-moving, medium-moving, slow-moving, and disposal (death moving) with the principles of easy, cheap, fast and precise storage, retrieval, calculation, and monitoring.
• Create and submit periodic logistics reports to leadership.
• Coordinate with subordinates, co-workers, leaders, and other parties, providing input and ideas to leadership and related work units based on analysis and evaluation to ensure implementation of an efficient and effective system.

• Able to use ERP/Infor
• Able to use Microsoft Office
• Able to operate HRIS applications
• Basic knowledge/awareness of ISO 9001:2015

• Minimum education S1 or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
• Experience in developing and managing the warehouse internal system processes.
