The customer is a sustainable footwear brand founded in 2009, dedicated to transforming discarded tires into durable, eco-friendly shoes. Their mission is to repurpose waste into stylish footwear while minimizing environmental impact. They are based in Bali.

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination across all sales channels. In this role, you will ensure accurate inventory control, efficient warehouse processes, timely deliveries, and smooth coordination with internal teams and third-party logistics partners while maintaining high operational standards.

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
• Oversee order processing across all sales channels, including e-commerce, web sales, retail stores, consignment, wholesale, and Kensho.
• Ensure accurate documentation, system input, and timely preparation of customer orders.
• Coordinate shipments with third-party logistics providers and on-demand delivery services.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Communicate shipment status and operational updates with Sales, Accounting, and other internal stakeholders.
• Manage inbound inventory from the factory, including unloading, inspection, verification against packing lists, system entry, and proper storage.
• Allocate received inventory across sales channels based on business priorities and demand.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through both the warehouse management system and backup spreadsheets.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and monthly stock opname to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Prepare inventory reconciliation reports and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Monitor warehouse petty cash expenses and maintain complete supporting documentation.
• Manage warehouse operational expenses, including utility payments such as electricity and internet.
• Coordinate warehouse maintenance, including repairs and air conditioner servicing, to ensure operational continuity.
• Procure packing materials, stationery, warehouse tools, and other operational supplies.
• Verify logistics and delivery reports against internal shipment records to ensure accurate shipment data, delivery status, quantities, and transportation costs.
• Continuously improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and logistics processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Experience coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and courier services.
• Proficient in warehouse or inventory management systems like SAP, ERP, Cin7, Packem, etc.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer goods industries is an advantage.
• Experience managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment across multiple sales channels.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and warehouse best practices.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willing to work onsite in Bali.
