This full-time, on-site Accountant role is based in Denton, TX. The Accountant will handle financial transactions, prepare financial reports, manage budgets, and reconcile accounts. The role also includes ensuring compliance with financial regulations, maintaining accurate records, and analyzing financial data to inform decision-making processes. Collaboration with other departments to oversee financial operations and provide guidance on financial matters is an essential part of this role.

• Strong proficiency in Financial Reporting, Accounting, and Budget Management
• Experience with Payroll Processing and Tax Compliance
• Knowledge of Accounting Software and proficiency in Spreadsheet Management
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to analyze data effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Extensive experience with Quickbooks
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is an advantage
• Prior experience in financial operations or a similar role preferred
• Familiarity with direct response advertising or media industries is a plus
