A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their corporate accounting team.
Key Responsibilities- Process and review accounts payable data for North America offices, including vendor invoices and reconciliations
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate processing according to the monthly schedule
- Assist in the annual audit process and provide guidance to team members and external stakeholders
- Minimum of 5 years of related accounting experience
- Experience with accounts payable cash disbursements and general accounting knowledge
- High level knowledge of accounting coding and OCR electronic coding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
