We partner with hospitals, health systems and the communities they care for to accelerate their specialty pharmacy programs.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in shaping the future of our innovative software products aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of specialty pharmacy services.

The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our software solutions. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in product management, product architecture, and significant experience in modern SaaS design and cloud infrastructure. Experience in the healthcare sector is required to ensure our products effectively meet industry needs and comply with regulatory requirements.

The product manager will support defining product vision, managing the development lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives, while also ensuring that technical decisions support scalability, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of product strategies and roadmaps that align with the company's goals and market needs.
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements to ensure the development of high-impact solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the specialty pharmacy sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product development and delivery.
  • Create detailed product roadmaps, specifications, and user stories.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including post-launch optimization and iterations.
  • Provide input on product architecture and ensure the alignment of technical decisions with business objectives.
  • Ensure the product adheres to modern SaaS architecture principles, focusing on scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to define clear and actionable specifications.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather insights and feedback to refine product offerings.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to leadership and other relevant teams.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze product performance data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead user testing and validation processes to ensure product usability and effectiveness.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the platform.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, within the healthcare or pharmacy market. Experience with specialty pharmacy highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching software products.
  • Experience with product architecture, cloud-based infrastructure, and modern SaaS product design.
  • Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy operations and challenges.
  • In-depth knowledge of product architecture and SaaS development best practices.
  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • High level of initiative, self‑motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with software development processes and technologies.
  • Understanding of modern SaaS architecture, cloud services, and integration methods.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and user experience (UX) design principles.
