Part of the account management team, you will help our dealers exceed their sales goals in credit insurance and extended warranties.
Functions of the position- Contribute effectively to the growth of our network by supporting and accompanying financial directors in achieving their business objectives
- Analyze the sales objectives of the distributor, implement a strategy and action plan
- Observe, coach and train financial directors on their sales approach and on the products (credit insurance, replacement and extended warranties)
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with your business network and professionals by making courtesy visits and participating in representation activities
- Produce, interpret and follow up on various reports
- Support existing customers and assist the administrative support team
- Attend various sales training and meetings monthly
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a financial director in an automobile or recreational vehicle dealer (an asset)
- Good knowledge of computer technology and a DMS (Dealer Management System) such as Merlin, CDK, etc.
- Good mastery of French spoken and written, bilingualism is an asset
- Strong aptitude for sales and customer service
- Skill in coaching, knowledge transfer and workshop animation
- Aptitude for oral and written communication
- Autonomy, analytical capacity and creativity
- Holder of a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle for frequent travel
- Available to make regular travel
