As a Lead Product Manager, you will drive product strategy and execution, translating business goals and user needs into a clear product vision. You'll champion your roadmap, communicate priorities to stakeholders, and inspire teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on creating innovative, user-centric products.

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization.
• Lead product discovery and validation efforts using market research, user interviews, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights.
• Translate product strategy into clear business requirements, user stories, and deliverables for engineering, operations, and compliance teams.
• Oversee product launches, supporting go-to-market planning and cross-functional implementation to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Monitor product and operational performance, identifying gaps, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement; iterate based on user feedback and data analytics.
• Foster collaborative relationships across operations, technology, sales, compliance, and client services to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution.
• Manage complex trade-offs and make data-informed decisions to advance product outcomes and business impact.
• Serve as a mentor and senior resource to other product managers and analysts, supporting team growth and skill development.
• Present product strategy, business cases, and execution updates to leadership and stakeholder groups as needed.
• Translate business KPI's into design efforts to support both end users, purchasers/decision makers and the business unit

Deep understanding of the US healthcare market

• 5+ years of product management experience with a proven record of leading successful product launches, preferably in the digital tech space.
• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end product lifecycle, vision setting, roadmap planning, and agile product delivery.
• Advanced skills in market analysis, business case development, data analytics, and requirements definition.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior executives.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, technology, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
