• 10 + years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Closely work with Cross workstream, Individual Workstream lead, understand the business requirements/processes and develops strategic goals and objectives to achieving the deliverables.
• Captures all relationships and dependencies (functionally and technically) between various workstream and define set of strategy for solutioning.
• Applying a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key objectives of requirement and cascade to development team.
• Solution design with Business Administration focus
• Help define the performance goals, metrics, and key milestones for the proposed solutions.
• Provide insights and expertise from past engagements, industry knowledge, and application knowledge.
• Leverage Supplier’s internal and alliance network to help develop innovative solutions or solve difficult solutioning problems.
• Provide a long-term guidance using internal research performed to allow for flexibility in the solution design.
• Provide guidance and training to the implementation teams.
• Personal should have automotive & Windchill experience.
