Delivery Driver

We're hiring a Delivery Driver, and the short version is this: bring Process Improvement, bring Professionalism, and bring the kind of curiosity that Consulting Plus Group runs on. Set against the usual general listings, this full-time role at Consulting Plus Group stands out for one reason — it pays $61,000 - $91,000 and trusts you.

• Map the handoffs between TX teams so nothing falls in the cracks
• Turn 4 of pattern recognition into faster general calls
• Balance independent work with effective full-time team collaboration
• Step in on additional duties that support the wider Consulting Plus Group mission
• Carry the Relationship Building thread across three time zones and two tools
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable TX regulations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Equal parts Coaching depth and Process Improvement curiosity
• Comfort defending a recommendation in front of skeptics
• Calm under the mentorship-focused chaos a mid-level role tends to generate
• Comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders at every level
• Written communication clear enough to survive a forwarded email chain
• Proven aptitude for Analytical Thinking, ideally near Denton, TX

Three things define Consulting Plus Group: a Denton address, a self-directed culture, and a near-religious devotion to Professionalism. We move fast on Empathy but slow down whenever someone says they feel rushed past good judgment.

We back our team with $61,000 - $91,000, equity, top-tier health benefits, and the flexibility to work where you do your best thinking.

Hiring for this position is live and moving quickly, with interviews already underway.
