Seeking a Vacation Coordinator to join our remote team on a contract basis. As a Vacation Coordinator, you will help clients plan and book unforgettable vacations. You will manage inquiries, organize travel arrangements, and ensure every detail is handled with care, while providing exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process.

• Coordinate and book complete vacation packages, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Manage client inquiries and respond promptly to requests and questions.
• Create customized travel itineraries that meet client needs and budget.
• Ensure smooth, cost‑effective, and organized travel experiences.
• Adhere to company policies, budget constraints, and preferred vendor relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.

• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle client inquiries efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Helpful but not required: familiarity with international travel regulations or certifications related to travel planning.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
