We’re looking for a Dental Front Desk star (Patient Concierge) to be the first and last impression of MINT — setting the vibe the moment patients walk through the door.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do:
Greet every patient like they’re a VIP — because they are. Manage the daily schedule to keep patient flow smooth and efficient. Check patients in and out with warmth, professionalism, and precision. Handle payments and coordinate financial agreements with clarity and care. Support the clinical team and ensure every patient’s experience is seamless. Act as a MINT Model and Brand Influencer — representing the MINT image with confidence and professionalism.
Engage in social media opportunities, helping share the MINT experience online when needed. Build real connections — with patients, teammates, and our community.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of customer service experience — dental or front desk is a plus. Strong multitasking skills — you thrive in a fast-paced environment. A warm, outgoing personality — you love connecting with people. Social media savvy — comfortable engaging in photo moments or sharing our patient experience.
