We're currently seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our amazing team.

Details of the Family Medicine Physician opening:

• Anticipated start date: ASAP
• Salary Range: $90/hour
• Anticipated duration of assignment:
  As needed
• Anticipated schedule: FT / M-F 8a-5p

Daily Range of Responsibilities of the Family Medicine Physician:

• Perform the initial assessment of the patient and actively participate in all aspects of patient care, including history and physical, diagnostic and therapeutic planning, procedures, writing orders, and interactions with family.
• Payer mix - 35% Medicare, 15% Medicaid, 35% Commercial, balance is "other"
• Age distribution - pediatric to geriatric, high elderly population in area
• Patients per day - Average 20-24 for full day office visits
• Tertiary Care/Transfer Facilities
• Support Staffing
• 1 MA support

Qualifications for the Family Medicine Physician:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Valid and unrestricted in-state medical license
• Board certification
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment.
