Department Summary:
The Department of Learning Technologies focuses on enhancing learning and performance through innovative research, teaching, and service. This includes learning technology, information, language, and computing technologies to advance learning, training, cognitive development, and human performance.
Position Overview:
The Department of Learning Technologies seeks qualified individuals for its Adjunct Instructor pool and welcomes applicants on a rolling basis. The specific courses offered can change each semester, and opportunities to teach these courses arise periodically based on the department's teaching requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree with a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in the concentration of Learning Technologies or closely related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Doctorate in Learning Technologies, Learning Sciences, Instructional Systems Design, or related fields. Preferred: college teaching experience (in-person and online) and experience teaching undergraduate or Master’s level Learning Technologies courses.
