Department Summary

The Department of Management offers high‑quality education leading to bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees. Our academic programs include entrepreneurship, human resource management, organizational behavior, sport entertainment management, and strategic management. UNT has a highly diverse campus with a wide range of languages spoken in addition to English. We welcome candidates who have experience with HSI/MSIs and/or who speak Spanish, Vietnamese, American Sign Language, Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin and other variations), Arabic, Tagalog, Farsi, French, or/and Yoruba.

Position Overview

The Department of Management seeks qualified individuals for its Adjunct Instructor pool and welcomes applicants at any time. The specific courses involved may vary from semester to semester, and openings to teach these courses develop on a periodic basis, depending on the department’s teaching needs. The ability to teach on the Frisco campus and online is valued. The anticipated needs: international management, strategic management, entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, leadership, and human resource management.

Minimum Qualifications
  • A master’s degree in the discipline or a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours directly related to the assigned courses(s).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Terminal degree in business or a related field from an accredited institution to teach MBA courses; an MBA or closely related field to teach an undergraduate course.
