LOCATION
NOTE:
This position requires on-site presence at one of our campuses in Dallas-Fort Worth, Santa Barbara, or San Francisco. We provide relocation assistance.
Most admissions professionals are brought in to sustain existing systems. Your mandate is different: dismantle what's there and build something superior.
2 Hour Learning condenses a traditional school day into two hours through AI-driven, mastery-based applications. No instructors. No classroom lectures. No time inefficiency. Our students achieve learning gains at 2.6 times the national average, validated by MAP assessment data. The remainder of each day is dedicated to life skills development, character formation, and substantive project work. This represents more than an alternative approach to education—it's a more intelligent, accelerated, high-performance system that produces top 1% academic results in half the time.
Your role: lead the complete admissions cycle for your assigned campus—Dallas, Santa Barbara, or San Francisco—with total ownership of your enrollment pipeline. No bureaucratic layers. No process fragmentation. No excess. You'll convert interest into commitment through rapid engagement, transparent outcomes, compelling site visits, and rigorous selection criteria. You'll be the decisive factor in why families choose a school unlike anything they've encountered before.
If you're driven by velocity, rigor, and the opportunity to represent a genuinely superior offering rather than aspirational messaging, this role is for you.
What You Will Be Doing- Replying to all new prospect inquiries within 4 hours using tailored, substantive communication that avoids generic templating.
- Conducting campus tours and enrollment events that demonstrate precisely how and why our instructional model accelerates learning, and which families will thrive in it.
- Managing every stage of the admissions process, from initial application through shadow visit coordination, enrollment decision conversations, and family onboarding.
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM and student information system records for weekly performance review, with particular focus on Hub Spot.
- Iterating on admissions collateral, standard operating procedures, and frequently asked questions informed by live parent feedback and conversion metrics.
- Supervising others. This role is structured as an independent contributor position.
- Dealing with bureaucratic slowdowns. We operate at the pace of a growth-stage startup, not a traditional school district.
- Enrolling every applicant. This educational model isn't suited for all families, and your responsibility includes identifying the right fit.
- Defending our unconventional approach. Our performance data carries more weight than institutional precedent.
- Operating remotely. This is an on-campus, in-person position with periodic attendance at local community events.
