As a US Windchill PLM Integrator, you will deploy and maintain our Windchill PLM system in North America, ensuring efficient, timely operations, and sustaining a more sustainable environment.

• Understand and discover business needs, and write/update standard operating procedures accordingly
• Configure Windchill PLM according to business needs using out‑of‑the‑box features and settings
• Develop and execute functional PLM tests, including upgrade regression, nominal settings, performance and software error tests
• Contribute to use‑case capitalization and lessons‑learnt documentation
• Support end users during User Acceptance Testing and validation
• Execute support requests/tasks from the internal ticketing system: change revisions, remove objects, update workflows, approvers, status, create/update/delete users, etc.
• Perform root‑cause analysis when required
• Train end users
• Support project leaders in workload estimation and project execution
• Create progress reports for the Windchill solution leader

• Bachelor's degree preferred in computer science or related field; 7+ years experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Windchill (modules, functions, objects, lifecycle, object links)
• Experience in a technical support organization analyzing, researching, testing and resolving functional issues is a plus
• Knowledge of PTC RVnS is an advantage
• Exposure to ticketing tools such as Service Now is an added advantage
• Windchill Basic certification would be an added advantage
