Overview
SHM BU Referent opportunity at Safran Electrical & Power. As a SHM Business Unit Referent, you ll contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of aerospace. This position involves implementing SHM, process improvements, user training, and deployment support within a global aerospace context.
Job Description- Implement SHM, detecting and eliminating operational risks, without any impact to end customer
- Implement TO-BE process
- Identify delta between AS-IS and TO-BE process and mandatory upgrade in the TO-BE solution with CORE and COTS approach
- Provide local information required to eWInS team
- Define settings for new solution
- Make data conversion for new SHM system (refer to Data preparation catalog)
- Prepare and execute User Acceptance Tests
- Train end users to new process and new solution
- Conduct local organization and processes changes
- Execute assigned actions required for the deployment
- Support end users at go live
- Develop basic skills for the following SHM modules:
Wire prep, See-EED, Data loading, SPM, Build process/Launcher, Work Instructions, Electrical Test - Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture
- Regular, predictable attendance is required

- Education and/or
Experience:
Requires 5 or more years experience in manufacturing and/or quality processes, preferably in Aerospace Electrical Harness Operations or a Bachelor s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field and 1 to 3 years Experience in engineering processes - Knowledge/
Skills:
English written and oral - Expert/Fluent;
Computer Skills - Advanced;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access & Outlook) – Advanced;
Knowledge wiring engineering data – Advanced;
Strong knowledge on local business processes and organization – Advanced;
Ability to build strategic working relationships at all levels of the organization – Advanced;
Ability to communicate, verbally and written, to internal and external customers – Advanced;
Analytical skills – Advanced;
Capacity to document/specify (quality oriented) – Advanced;
